Registration for the February 2026 Session is open!

Students in this class will learn and practice strategies for taking the ACT test. The class will examine the sections of the test and will discuss the strategies and timing needed for each section. Students will need a Chromebook, pencil, and a calculator.

Students should plan to attend all seven dates in the session. There will be a test simulation on the second-to-last day, so students will be in class for about 3.5 hours that day. Please note, this class is primarily for 11th grade students (Juniors).  Seating is limited to the first 50 students.  No refunds or credits will be provided after fees are paid.

The ACT® test is the leading US admissions test, measuring what students learn in high school to
determine academic readiness for college. The ACT tests include Reading, Math, English, Science, and

The statewide ACT Test Date for all 11th-grade students is March 10, 2026.

Registration for the February 2026 Session is open!

Babysitter Training will offer instruction in safety, first aid, and care for infants through school-aged children along with sitter basics (including feeding and behavior challenges/redirection). Students must fully attend both classes to receive a completion certificate. This course will NOT certify students in first aid and CPR, but will go over first aid and CPR basics. Students in grades 5-8 are eligible to participate in this class and will receive a certificate upon completion of the course.  No refunds or credits will be provided after fees are paid.

Students are asked to bring a doll or stuffed animal to class to use for practice, if able.  A snack will be
provided, but students are also welcome to bring a healthy snack (nut-free) from home to have in class
during an on-site break. Students may NOT leave the building during class.

Cost:  $50 WCSD Resident/$64 Non-Resident  Registration is limited to the first 20 registrants.  No refunds or credits will be provided after fees are paid.
