Trouble logging into Infinite Campus Parent?

Click on the School Store in the left column.

Then, click on the Waunakee Middle School Store.

Click on Middle School (MS) Activity Registration

Click on the activity your student would like to participate in.
Next, select your student in the recipient drop down.

Please review the activity information, optional informational forms and complete the required consent form**, which may also be printed and add the activity to your cart.

The activity selection has no cost and you do not need to have a saved payment method in the My Accounts tab to check out and process the form.

Click the blue Yes button to complete the process.

You will receive a receipt by email confirming the completion of the activities selection..
Please note, the Middle School co-curricular fee is a once a year $40.00 fee which will be added to your student’s Fees tab.

From the Message Center Click on Today tab and select which student you would like to complete the Activity Selection by selecting the student in the drop down menu in the far top right corner.

Click on School Store in the left column.

Then, click on the Waunakee High School (HS) store.

Click on High School (HS) Activity Selection.

Click on the activity your student would like to participate in.

Please review the activity information, required consent form** and optional informational forms, which may also be printed.
Next, select your student in the recipient drop down and add the activity to your cart.

NEW!!
The seasonal co-curricular fee will be charged and payment is required at the time of activity selection. Add the payment to your cart and proceed to check out. You must enter or select a saved payment method.

You will receive a receipt by email confirming the completion of the activities selection.

Have all your necessary emergency contact information, medical and dental insurance (if applicable), etc. handy when completing the activity consent form and activity sign-up.
All highlighted fields must be completed. Please use NA, if needed.
